Things I built for myself and figured someone else might use.

Real estate net sheet

What you actually walk away with when the house sells. The price is on a slider; payoffs, commissions, title fees, taxes and concessions are all editable, and break-even is computed rather than typed in. If you don't know the numbers yet, it walks you through them.

Synthetic sheet builder

Fake spreadsheets in the shape of your real ones. Name the columns, pick a type and format for each, set a row count, and export to Excel or CSV. Made for handing an export's structure to an AI without handing over the data in it.

Uptime monitor

A free site monitor that runs inside a Google Sheet. List your sites, set who gets alerted, and it writes the Apps Script for you: content checks so a hijacked page still trips it, an escalation ladder so a blip doesn't email anyone, and a status page you can host anywhere.

Tools

The small calculators I kept going back to the same sites for: percent change, UTM links, date math, text cleanup, and encoding. It all runs in the page, and the page is locked so nothing you type can be sent anywhere.

Can You Hear Me Now?

"Who's that Pokémon?" but with old cell phones. A silhouette comes up, you guess the phone, and you find out how much of your youth is still in there. A game for everyone who owned a Razr and wanted a Sidekick.
